Simon Crockett is the Director and IT & Telco Regional Practice Leader for MRI China Group based in the Hong Kong office.
Simon spent six years in Retail Banking and Personal Financial Services before moving into Management Consulting. Simon specialised in Organisational Design and Sales Force effectiveness across industry sectors, Pan-European projects and Leadership programs. Simon brings with him 10 years experience of these best practices in the recruitment marketplace.
Simon started his recruitment career in Key Account Management for one of the largest volume IT contract agencies in the UK before spending four years as the Director of Technology and Consulting practices of Michael Page UK. Most recently he built a multi-practice London based Search and Selection business specialising in the search of high impact executives for VC and PE backed businesses in the Technology market.
Simon is an Honours graduate of Edinburgh University, Scotland.
