The principles of the company, that taught  me to put the clients’ and candidates’ interests first. This ensures that our clients and candidates are satisfied with our work.

2. In what way does your job live up to MRI China Values and Vision?
At MRI China Group, we are taught to serve our clients with our best efforts. I feel that I have been able to help people improve their careers and obtain success.

3. What have you learnt at MRI China that is unique?
I think the MRI training and methodology is really unique as it helps to bring out the best in me and give me the tools and knowledge to pursue my goals in the company.

4. What is your working environment like?
There is a lot of team spirit working towards the same goal that allows us to push and support each other .

5. What advice would you give to a new Recruiter at MRI China
Being a recruiter is a challenging job. If you meet with obstacles or suffer setbacks, you cannot quit nor give up. You must work towards your long term goals and cultivate your clients and candidates relationships so that they trust your judgement and continue to use you as their preferred recruitment consultant.
