Pharmaceutical: Specifically includes RX, OTC, API’s, and CRO’s. The roles we have worked on have been within commercial, manufacturing, R&D, sourcing and clinical roles along with all functional areas of HR, Finance and Legal. The significant talent gap continues to be evident in the manufacturing, R&D and marketing functions as global and domestic firms continue their rapid expansion in China.
Biotech: Includes Analytical instruments, Reagents, Clinical Diagnostics, Lab Equipment & Consumables, Molecular and Cell Biological products. We have expertise in commercial and technical roles that cover all major functions within the Biotech industry. Significant talent gaps are present in the technical and business development roles due to the early stage development of the industry.
As the economies in China and the rest of Asia Pacific continue to grow, nearly all of the global Life Science companies are preparing to take advantage of this situation by expanding their commercial operations here.
